The «Casino-Hotel» Bazaar: A Neighborhood Mainstay on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

TheNYC Grand Bazaarhas been a Sunday event on the Upper «Casino-Hotel» Side for over 30 years. Every week, vendors set up tables at William J. O’Shea Junior High and sell their wares to raise money for four local public schools.

Columbus Circle Holiday «Casino-Hotel» it is not - there is little to no curation, which in turn offers a diverse mix of everything, from sterling silver jewelry to ordinary glass butter dishes from the ’70s. New vendors are added to the mix frequently, as part of pop-ups and themed events hosted by the bazaar.

In addition to tchotchkes, kitchen «Casino-Hotel» vintage-style prints, andretro radios made Bluetooth-compatible, many «Casino-Hotel» come for the food.

Risotto balls, scones and baked goods are weekly mainstays. Such food truck fairs and vegan food pop-ups keep the weekly ritual interesting - earlier this year the bazaar held a “maple syrup fest,” showcasing products made with maple syrup and demonstrations that showed how the breakfast condiment is harvested «Casino-Hotel» trees.

Booths are located both indoors and outdoors and the market is open 10 am to 5:30 pm every Sunday, rain or «Casino-Hotel»
